Prayers
Receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior
It is written in Romans 10:9, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Here is a simple prayer to say to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior along with this you must believe it in your heart:
"PRAY OUT LOUD"
Father, I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior and I believe in my heart that Jesus died and has risen from the dead. By Faith in what Jesus has done for me, I receive salvation now. Thank You Jesus! In Jesus' Holy Name Amen!
Receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit: This empowers you to do the same things Jesus did.
All you have to do is ask and you will receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit:
Jesus said in The Gospel According to Matthew 7:7
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
Pray this prayer our loud to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit:
Father, please fill me with Your Holy Spirit because I know that I need Your power flowing through me to be able to live a Victorious Christian life. I accept by Faith that I am baptized with the Holy Spirit. Thank You Jesus!
Jesus also said in:
The Gospel According to John 14:12-14
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
These verses tell you that you can do what Jesus did but you need the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
When you receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the following is what you have been blessed to have:
The First Letter of Paul to the Corinthians 12:7-11
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
